1. Scope

1.1. All orders are executed exclusively according to our following terms of delivery and payment. They will also apply to all future business with our customers. Deviating agreements are only valid if they have been explicitly confirmed in writing by us. Purchasing conditions contrary to those of the principal will not be recognized.

1.2. These conditions also apply in the event of sale on the basis of a standard commercial clause, including the Incoterms in force at the time of the conclusion of the contract. The application of common law laws governing the international purchase of movable objects is excluded.

2. Conclusion of contract

2.1. If the customer places an order, which is to be qualified as an offer according to § 145 BGB [German Civil Code], he is bound to said order for two weeks. 3. Deliveries and services

3.1. Our offers are non-binding. 4. Price

8. Shipping, passing of risk

11. Warranty

Brian founded Piercing Experience in 1992 as a piercer inspired to research and evolve safe body modification and share the results with the community. He is a frequent Association of Professional Piercers contributor ever since the first conference, an active business member since 1996, an educator who has presented many seminars and workshops at conferences all over the world. Former Editor of The Point Journal, former Chair of the Media Committee, International Liaison, Medical Liaison and President, now serving as CIO and Vice President in his fifth term on the board of directors.

Brian celebrates over 30 years of sharing his body art expertise with his clients, colleagues and friends.
